Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3.5 years of experience in GRC systems and processes and a solid understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance regulations. As a GRC Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to ensure that they maintain effective governance and compliance across their business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead GRC consulting engagements and assist clients in identifying, assessing, and managing risks to ensure regulatory compliance.
Implement, maintain, and enhance GRC tools, processes, and systems for clients.
Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Provide expert advice on governance frameworks, internal controls, and compliance regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless GRC system integrations.
Prepare and present reports to clients detailing findings, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Stay up to date with industry best practices, regulations, and trends in the GRC space.
