Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated System Administrator to join our team in Navi-Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have at least 2.5 years of experience in system administration, with expertise in managing, configuring, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure. The role demands hands-on experience in maintaining systems, servers, and networks to ensure high availability and optimal performance of IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including physical servers, virtual environments, and cloud systems.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Linux/Windows) and software applications across servers.
Monitor system performance and ensure systems are running efficiently and securely, identifying and resolving potential issues.
Perform regular backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery procedures to ensure system availability.
Implement and manage security policies, including firewalls, antivirus programs, and patch management to safeguard systems from security threats.
Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls, ensuring proper configurations for internal and external users.
Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Assist with the planning and execution of system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
Maintain documentation related to systems, configurations, troubleshooting guides, and network diagrams.
Provide support for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
