Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Cybersecurity Trainer to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of the latest industry practices, trends, and technologies. As a freelance trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging training sessions to individuals or corporate clients. The trainer should have expertise in various cybersecurity domains such as network security, ethical hacking, vulnerability management, incident response, and threat intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging cybersecurity training sessions both online and in-person for individuals and corporate clients.
Create customized training materials, presentations, and hands-on labs that cover key topics in cybersecurity.
Teach courses on various cybersecurity domains including ethical hacking, penetration testing, network security, security operations, cryptography, malware analysis, and risk management.
Provide practical, real-world examples to ensure that trainees can apply learned concepts in practical environments.
Offer guidance and mentorship to students to help them develop the skills necessary for cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, etc.).
Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the training material is relevant and up-to-date.
Provide assessments and feedback on trainee progress and suggest improvement areas.
Develop and maintain a structured learning environment that is conducive to learning and growth.
Foster an interactive and engaging atmosphere, encouraging questions, discussions, and practical problem-solving exercises.
